EARLY ORDER DISCOUNT
An extra $5 per unit discount for all Beck corn hybrids Ordered by individual customers by September 30, 2009 (Once you have placed an original Early Order, any additional seed ordered will then qualify for the same discount.)

November Terms
Zero carrying fees until November 15, 2010 available with approved credit and signed promissory note. Deadline for submitting November Terms Credit Application is February 14, 2010.

100% REPLANT POLICY 
If there is a need to replant a field of Beck's corn, soybeans,
wheat or elite alfalfa, as determined by a Beck's representative, Beck's will furnish the seed and royalties FREE!

Beck's will attempt to provide the same product for replant as customer originally planted.
Substitutions of some products may be necessary.

Replant must be planted in the same crop year as originally planted.

 

President's Club Membership Requirements:
Order 100% of your seed corn from Beck's and sign a 2010 loyal customer affidavit, indicating that the order represents 100% of your seed corn needs for 2010.
(Grower must plant 100% Beck's seed corn with the exception of a 1% competitive comparison in test plots.)

Using 100% Beck's seed corn in your farming operation in 2010 makes you eligible for special gifts and benefits throughout the year.

PAYMENT TERMS: CORN
  • An ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT will be sent approximately October 1, 2009 to acknowledge receipt of your order.
  • An ORDER CONFIRMATION will be sent by December 10, 2009 to confirm product grade size, special treatments and discounted pricing for payments by January 10, 2010.
  • All seed purchases August 2, 2009- August 1, 2010 are due August 1, 2010. EXCEPTION: All first year seed customers must pay for their seed prior to or at the time of pick-up or delivery, unless credit arrangements have been pre-approved.
  • All seed accounts that are unpaid as of August 1, 2010 will be charged 1.5% per month carrying fee based on the unpaid balance which is equivalent to an 18% Annual Percentage Rate unless we have approved Fall credit terms for your seed purchase.
  • All purchases (other than seed) are due 30 days after invoice date. If not paid by the due date, the above-mentioned 18% carrying fee will apply.
  • Previous year seed accounts must be paid in full prior to shipments of current year products to any customer.
  • RABO Agrifinance QuickLink Credit®, FARM PLAN™ (regular 30 day plan), DISCOVER®, VISA®, American Express® and MasterCard® payment plans are available on request for use by individual customers only.

SEED CORN RETURNS
  • Customers may return up to 10% of their total seed corn order prior to June 25, 2010 and receive full credit.
  • Returns that are over 5% will be subject to a $5.00 / unit restocking fee.
  • Returns that are over 10% will be subject to a $10.00 / unit restocking fee.
  • No seed bags that have holes, been opened, torn, or tags removed may be returned. No seed boxes with ties removed may be returned.
  • Seed Corn returns cannot be accepted after June 25, 2010 when the seed corn warehouse is to be sealed and fumigated.
