What is PFR?

Practical Farm Research® is research focused with the farmer in mind. It provides a comprehensive look at how different management practices and new technologies perform in field environments.

Our Passion

Because our family roots are in farming, we demonstrate our passion for learning how to farm better through the continued expansion of our Practical Farm Research program. New technologies and "farmer ideas" are the basis for many of the studies that we add and expand on each year. We conduct annual field shows at multiple locations to showcase our studies and offer growers the opportunity to learn. In the fall, we publish our results on our website as well as in our Practical Farm Research book.
